We ship from California using UPS ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air, and overnight shipping. Shipping prices are determined by weight, destination, and method of shipping. Orders will ship within 24-48 hours when all items are in stock. As you know, all our items are letterpressed by hand...due to this specialty, some products may be unavailable at the time of purchase. In this case, you will be contacted immediately, and your order will ship within 3-4 weeks from the time your order is received. PERSONALIZED SOCIAL STATIONERY Within 3 business days of placing your order, you will receive a design proof via email. Once designs have been created, two complimentary rounds of revisions are provided. Additional revisions will incur a a fee. A signed design proof or email gives us the green light to fire up the press. Your approval indicates you approve of all details, including, but not limited to: the who, what, when & where...layout, color, size & fonts...spelling, numbers, dates & addresses. Upon approval, you will receive confirmation your order is in production. All Personalized Social Stationery orders are packaged and wrapped beautifully...our gift to you. Orders will be delivered within 3-4 weeks after design approval. Not to worry..it's worth the wait. Rush services are available for an additional fee. If any product you receive is found unsatisfactory, please notify us within 10 days of receipt, send it back to us unused & unopened, and we will promptly refund you. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. We can accept unopened, unused items only. After 10 days and before 20 days, items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. We will not be able to accept items delivered more than 20 days prior. All sale and personalized items are final sale, and are not returnable. Our approval process is designed to avoid errors. For this reason, return requests for personalized designs (personalized stationery, & custom designs) cannot be accepted.
